What is your return policy?

  • A full refund is offered until 30 days after delivery (expedited shipping costs are excluded). After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Regular purchases are eligible for Full Refund (minus any added expedited shipping costs) to Original Payment Method.
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must have the original packaging. If a returned item is received by Designer Eyes and is missing from the package, damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund.
  • You must now have a RMA# (Return Authorization) before shipping your return. This will be emailed to you after you start your return below.
  • We will not accept your return shipment without an issued RMA# (Return Authorization).

Are prescription lenses refundable?

Unfortunately, if a prescription order must be returned, then customer will only be refunded for the frames. Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable.
This also applies to a custom prescription order that has been placed but has not yet been shipped. If the lenses have already been made to order, then we can not refund the cost of the lenses.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved, you will receive a notification email. When we have received your returned order it will be inspected for missing items or severe damages. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied within 3–7 business days.

Pre-return Information

1. Please remember to take several photos of your item to show item was not damaged before return shipping. These may be requested if the item is returned in destroyed or damaged condition.

2. If item was shipped in new condition and it is returned in damaged/broken condition, there will be a 50% restocking fee from the MSRP of the frame. This is policy and it is non-negotiable.

3. Please include proof of purchase/online receipt or order # inside the package.

International Shipping Duty Fee/Import Tax Information

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MAIL FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

  • Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. Customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.
  • You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Designer Eyes does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
  • Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.
  • If an order is rejected (return to sender) by customer for international orders, return shipping costs will deducted from refund amount.
