We pride in ourselves in selling only top quality, authentic merchandise. Should you have an issue with an item you received, please make use of the return policy we offer.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the time of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. (*Purchases made through our "Make an Offer" & "Price Match" campaigns are non-refundable/non-returnable*)
Please remember to take several photos of your item to show item was not damaged before return shipping. As these may be requested if item is returned destroyed or damaged condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within seven (7) days.
Late or missing refunds
Once we notify you that your refund has been processed but it has not been credited with seven (7-14) business days, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
