Return Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return experience, please note the following guidelines:

Returns are accepted within 15 days of the purchase date.

Items must be in original, unused condition, accompanied by the original case, packaging, and all accessories.

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return

Damaged or Faulty Items
Each item is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us immediately at cs@designereyes.com. We will resolve the issue promptly and with the level of attention your purchase deserves.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, refunds are issued within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been initiated.
