Do we take insurance?
Yes, you can you use your out-of-network plan to make a purchase. Simply pay for your purchase and submit your claim for reimbursement. Use these easy steps to claim your pair to your insurance company:
- Contact your insurance company to fully understand your benefit package.
- Select for your favorite frames.
- Once you've completed your transaction, ask us for an itemized statement to make your insurance claim. On your claim, include your name, invoice number, and email address.
- File your claim through the process provided by your insurance company and you will be directly reimbursed for your purchase.
Flex Spending & Health Savings Accounts
Designer Eyes accepts FSA or HSA to buy sunglasses, eyeglasses or lenses, in-store and online. If you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA or HSA account, please check with your employer or insurance carrier.
What can I purchase with my FSA or HSA?
Designer Eyes accepts FSA for all eyewear purchases as long as a receipt is submitted to your insurance provider. Please check with your insurance carrier for specifics on qualifying purchases.
What’s the best way to place my FSA order?
You can place an order online or call us at 1-877-720-8393 Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST. You may also visit us at one of our local boutiques to make a purchase. Before ordering or visiting us at our boutique, make sure you have an up-to-date prescription and your pupillary distance from your optometrist or optician.
How do I obtain an itemized invoice to send in to my provider?
An itemized invoice will be included with your shipment.
If your item was purchased in store, an itemized invoice will be provided.
