Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). To protect our clients, each order undergoes a secure fraudverification process prior to shipment. Processing times may extend slightly during highvolume periods, holidays, or peak shopping seasons to ensure every order receives the attention it deserves.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Options
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are pleased to offer complimentary domestic shipping on all orders, with enhanced delivery services provided based on order value:

Orders under $200 ship via complimentary Standard delivery. (3-5 business days)

Orders $200–$499 ship via complimentary Express delivery. (2-3 business days)

Orders $500 and above ship via complimentary Standard Overnight, including signature confirmation for added security. (1 business day)
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States and are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Address Accuracy
To ensure timely delivery, please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once an order has been processed for shipment, address changes cannot be made.
Tracking & Quality
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
